About Me
I've loved anything “art” since childhood and am delighted to join hands with artisans around the world in the process of creation. I find joy in approaching an artistic life with a sense of adventure, curiosity, & play.
A native of southeast Texas, married to high-school sweetheart, mother of a beautiful, creative daughter, & grandmother of two rambunctious grandsons. Lover of travel which lends a deep appreciation for the beauty of diversity in both nature and humans. I understand from firsthand experience the value of art as a therapeutic force for healing of mind, body and spirit.
This is reflected in my passion for service work with non-profits for the betterment of individuals and community. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Pearl Fincher Fine Arts Museum, the Publicity Director for Tomball Art League, and on Advisory Board of H.O.P.E. Haven. Served as the former CFO for WINGS Ministries: Freedom Through Transformation.
My Work & Services
I enjoy acrylics, oils, gouache, watercolor & other media on a variety of surfaces. My work ranges from abstract to modern expressionism according to inspiration or need of client. I adore intense color with bold brushwork, while appreciating the power of muted shades and subtle strokes. I offer my work through originals, prints & downloads, on an extensive variety of textiles and wearables. Small works & large.
In addition to creating captivating paintings and wearable art, I also offer graphic design services. Whether you need a logo, engaging visual content or branded materials, I can bring your vision to life.
COMMISSIONS UPON AVAILABILITY. To be able to give my clients as much attention as possible and ensure quality of work, I open slots for commissions upon reaching completion of current works.
